Why not disclose the names of the Convertible Noteholders ?
Do shareholders realise that, if all convertible notes are converted into shares, then their holdings will be diluted by 30% ?
And remember, when you do your analysis, DON'T use the reported number of issued shares of 832m but use 1,081m (after note conversion).
This explains a lot of the SP underperformance in comparison to WHC.
