Agree regarding the Note Holders - am always a fan of transparency ... especially if the Note Holders are shareholders directly or indirectly or can influence shareholders or decision makers.
With regard to the constitution stuff ... it's a distraction and part and parcel of our corporate governance laws being used cleverly by activists: Straight from the AGM notice - they account for 0.006% of the company, so I do not think this will change anything - they are merely pursuing an agenda - as is their right (cheaper than an ad ... and their holding will make money for them .... dirty dirty money hahahah). Perhaps the ability to put a motion on an AGM shoudl be restricted to shareholders beyond a certain threshold, say 0.1% ... but that is for ASIC to fix.
