I thought they might have held the meeting in the back of a truck heading up the road north with the shareholders running behind. This is going to be dilution of homeopathic proportions. Even if the shareholders agree to the issue, and what choice do they have, is there really going to be anyone silly enough to buy them. They will want to wheel out some good news befor they try to sell them. This company is turning into a black comedy.
