I don't share at all the enthusiasm of some here regarding Mr AH. This person has been inside the board of directors since 12 years ! And managing director once.
Profits and SP have been very weak the last 10 years.
It's not the good person for a turnaround and he's too close with JC.
Also it'not a bargain, you guys should look at the Ev/ ebidta, I d say cheap but not a bargain. The debt is heavy but since the company is free cash flow positive it s getting cheaper with time.
