I personally would like an update from the interim CEO on trading, prior to voting
I would also like more information on Resolution 2-4
Resolution 1 – Currently feel like voting No based on the STI cash bonus, and JC 528 Directors fee.
Resolution 2 – What does Andrew actually do - why did his firm (Bastion) get paid , $114,447 for "sponsorship consultancy" fees last year." Isn't this why we pay him 150k pa
Resolution 3 – What Nicole achieved in her role since joining CAJ - I think nothing.
Resolution 4 – What are they planning to do with the extra 10% placement,
