It looks like they are targeting an opening share price of around $1.30 per consolidated share. Which leaves room for trades without wild % wings, but shorters will play (as they do).
This is almost like a re-float scenario. It will be interesting to see what it opens at. The announcement suggests timing will be post general meeting, probably in the new year would be my guess. (They won't say, when you ring them!)
