    Interesting the AGM is on the 25th November. I am not certain if any resolution passed at the AGM will be valid.

    Any notice needs 28 days advanced notice to be valid. See the third paragraph in the notice. This means the notice would have needed to be out by last Friday, not today which is only 24 days before the AGM. Possibly EVM mailed out the AGM notice last week and forgot to notify the ASX.
