They aren't really performance shares though are they?
If they do their jobs as expected the shares will vest, no incentive to get things moving and any milestone not achieved would be a failure.
Top this off with a 200% payrise for Munro and Wilson and a 25% payrise for Hamish ($50k)
Must be nice to be a director and write your own package.
I'm rarely one to begrudge directors of their performance shares but on this occasion they haven't set a goal thats unachievable or unexpected.
Better get things moving and we might all forget about the cash grab and pass this rubbish.
