I see the message you get from this Chambo, and it does seem like the directors are writing there own cheques.. however If you look at the actual achievable goals which are required for the shares to be issued you will see that even though its not done Physically they have paved the way for them to be a none issue and are sure of there mark.



Seeing these Conditions would give the result, As each condition is met each reward is forthcoming and this is subject to shareholder approval.

Also without share dilution
