Posts the last couple of weeks have been amusing to read.
People sound like they just had a bad break up. Substitute KNL for your ex boyfriend or girlfriend and it reads the same.
I really think if you had a bad experience with this stock, let it go and let it be. What people are doing is just not healthy.
Our MNS holder friends, your visits are welcomed, however continuous repetition of the same issues aren't really interesting. I'll list them out, hoping they don't need to be repeated again.
1. no finance (however except SYR, no graphite hopefully has finance. We are pretty close with outlets expression of interests, fingers crossed)
2. Low share price (not really, it's appreciated roughly 4x since 2012. Amazing return, no point comparing to other stocks, because making money is making money. It also depends what horizon you're looking at, personally for me it's at least 5 years.)
3. Low purity product (I'm personally not concerned, from all my research, KNL graphite albeit not being 99.99% purity, it has, at this point, been sufficient for battery production and securing offtakes. We are still waiting for the 200t testing. Hopefully that gives us a bit more detail in our product.)
4. Low graphite prices (maybe yes maybe no, graphite prices aren't published, they are agreed upon with each contract. We don't know what has been signed in our offtakes. If prices are low, it affects all graphite miners. The 99.99% purity of jumbo flakes attract higher prices yes, but the market for them are extremely small. Batteries don't require jumbo flakes)
5. Small resources (not relevant to me, as long as we have enough to sell it's all good)
Now let's focus on positives.
1. Pre sold all production with major companies (ThyssenKrupp, Sojitz, European graphite trader)
2. 2 expression of interests for finance from major banks (KFW, Nedbank). KFW has agreed terms in principle. We also have a German government guarantee pending.
3. Institutional support (from CBA)
4. Future plans in place (battery production plant, sample in testing, increasing resource/production, other tenements)
Thanks all
