Yes alarm bells are starting to ring. Are the BoD acting for themselves or all shareholders? Seems a little strange that they seem to be far more pre occupied with their own remuneration than actually getting on with the job of growing the company. Do we have a bunch of charlatans playing around with shareholders money to make a quick buck? The PANEX deal is looking like a crock of C..p . I am starting to think that Dulux may have been on the right track when investigating the history of a few of the players in this company. Its not looking that good at the moment.
