The BoD are making it extremely easy at the moment for me to dislike them.
The last two AGM's have effectively been to ratify issuing performance rights and approving salaries, with no value added for investors. (for those who will say we ratified the options for placement shares, we knew that over six months ago and - we paid for them)
They really need to sort themselves out. Read the room, people. This is not a time to reward yourselves for having achieved little to date. Pat yourselves on the back when you deliver value for the shareholders.
Anyway, go green.
