I'd like to know what they are/were hoping for regarding the litigation against both KDR and RXL. Are they after cash settlements etc or actually serious about getting a resource in either case?

Also how they think the RXL action will affect their relationship with Teck, who they are in a joint venture with already I believe and would be in a second obviously (at tecks expense) if they acquired RXLs former interest in the reward project.
