For sure. That's why I have said since this whole debacle started, that I wouldn't buy into either company as a fresh holder until there is more clarity. It seems very strange based on what we know, that MZN would have any kind of case, but also very strange for MZN to pursue this to only be thrown out of the court straight away. On what we know however, I am holding hopefully my KDR shares and sold out of MZN when it jumped on the initial announcement as just seemed dodgy to me. If they pull it off, big move!
