i am thinking to be fair KDR should have issued MZN their 14 day appearance notice on the day of their AGM. that said come Wednesday MZN will only have 8 business days left before it has to lay its cards on the table in the supreme court one of which will be used for the AGM. meanwhile they now have to pay their high cost lawyer a bucket load to prepare for the day in question. did they plan it this way or did they think they could just leave the low cost writ hanging over KDR until KDR paid them go away money ?
