To answer your post, the exact words in the notice of appearance were "MZN now has 14 days to provide further details of its claim to the Company." which could be exactly that, provide them with some details, could be as simple as: it's all about those emails on the 4th April, it doesn't say issue the writ, they have 12 months for that, and even if MZN do then there is 21 business days which will take it into next year.
