Looks like the CCP intends to keep its influence over ETM with the re-appointment of Shenghe nominee, Xiaolei Guo.
CCP being the largest shareholder of Shenghe and Shenghe being the largest single entity shareholder of ETM.
ETM need to find a major shareholder not aligned with the CPP IMO. No where to be found to date...
