Any issue of Equity Securities under the 10% Placement Capacity will dilute the interests of Shareholders who do not receive any Shares under the issue.

@coppashaft what exactly is going to the market Monday?? New Shares? Or a Cap Raising ?

Unless they are going to build a few plants at once your wrong here. They have 1.8M left of the last placement and not touched any of the money from existing conversions, not to mention the conversions not shown by people here on HC.
