Pretty sure you will see all small caps including this in their AGM resolutions. It has been a standard requirement now for about 3 years for the extra 10% capacity for equity raising.
As pointed out this has never been a trigger for a raise, so not sure why the doom. Obviously plenty of money already coming in from option conversions and cashflow positive this quarter.
