Hi Mrcb, think the issue is mangerment rewarding itself while the sp is at its present level (and perhaps liable to drift lower without some postive news). It is perhaps going a lot slower than people would wish especially when at these agm s they are led to believe that it is (deals signed/ revenue etc) just around the corner!

Perhaps management need to just tone it down a little, under promise and over deliver .... always well received by investors, the opposite not so much!

Personally I cannot afford the time or money to go too the agm (wouldn't mind), it is also a fact I think that any 'grievance' I may have will just be in one ear and out the other.... Lol

Perhaps a naive analogy ..... Would you be paying a tradesman a ' bonus' for a average job! No disrespect intended to your opinion just my humble thoughts.
