Reading through the set of resolutions .... it looks to me the GTT boys are hoping to set SOC up for their usual RTO operation .... ratify previous CR's .... grant about 100 million options to themselves .... increase the amount of shares they can issue ... change the auditor... and since the meeting is to be held in WA, change the location of the head office....
How exactly they intend to run an exploration of East Coast assets from WA is anybody's guess. For instance ... what is Michael Leu going to be doing??... flying to Perth every other week or are they going to put him up in some garage or broom closet somewhere in Sydney. Seriously ... how can the chief geo be on top of keeping the tenements in good order, applying for Govt cooperative grants, supervising any drilling that might actually be done without having a suitable office space to operate in? [Just perhaps ... the plan is to get rid of him as well?]
Share holders in this Co have consistently been played for complete passengers on the SOC bus ... both by the previous management and now with this one.
