One small, almost inconsequential, detail I find amusing listed as a resolution to be voted on is the issue of 5 million options to Henry Kinstlinger.
One wonders why?
If GTT Ventures moves the head office to WA surely that will be the end of Henry's connection to the company. So why are they remunerating him? What is he getting paid for?
