Issue of Securities.

The recipients of the Equity Securities to be issued under the 10% Placement Capacity have not yet been determined. However, the recipients of Equity Securities could consist of current Shareholders or new investors [or both].
The price would be 75% of the average price of the 15 days before announcement.

So they are preparing themselves for a possible capital raising further on down the track at a 25% deduction in the then current share price. Hopefully we shareholders will be involved to avoid a dilution of our shares.
