They are giving examples of what would happen now if they exercised the option of a CR.
Same again. All companies give examples with this type of resolution so shareholders have a better understanding of what they are voting on.
There is absolutely no connection with this resolution and any immediate CR. It is standard practice and is required by the ASX.
SYT may need a CR down the track but they may not as well. As coppertop posted above, it's a "rainy day" option.
Ignore snipestock as he should know this and if so he is down ramping with innuendo.
