Not sure that it has changed from $4.9B!! Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but "$2B" was only referred to by someone interviewing PB. It could have been incorrect research on their behalf or a typo when publishing the article. In any event, if it had changed materially from $4.9B, then PB is obliged to update the market formally. No such revision has been released, so I believe $4.9B remains valid. And the concept of materiality would see a NPV revision announcement required for a lot less than the difference between $4.9 and $2!!
