    Kengkong runs this show now. It looks to me like Dr Hua has run out of money as he has effectively handed over the reins.

    The Secured Loan Agreement will no doubt be approved by shareholders otherwise its curtains. VMD effectively has less than 12 months to generate enough positive cash flow to repay Kenkong $18M.............That is simply not going to happen folks.
