I've just had an optimistic thought.
I'm pretty sure that the board would be aware they would have a hard time getting shareholder buy into the increase options scenario UNLESS they were about to exceed our revenue expectations with the quarterly that's coming out tomorrow...
OR there is a big customer announcement pending a like the Department of Human Services.
In that context this makes a little more sense.
