Not sure about dialing in....but my experience is that the Resolutions are put forward and then voted on which doesnt take long when the powerbrokers have already got the majority....resolutions are not debated or 'unpacked' for indepth discussion as at football club meetings - this has already been done at board meetings. AGM is a Regulatory mtg to formalize any proposals and changes at this 'public forum'. The meeting does not take argument or objections from shareholders....just votes.
