23-1 consolidation whilst gifting themselves performance shares. Options will have a post consolidation conversion price of 0.138., I wonder how many will be able to convert options before they expire.
Takeover is now feasible but at what profit/loss to current holders, this is positive that WKT will now progress to production.
The question is will long term holders reap any rewards.
