If he is unhappy with the raises undertaken by Zyber - he should take a look at Lwp who announced they had enough cash for 4 years and a few days later announced the first of 4 capital raises and also blew a million or two on a scam joint venture.
Zyber listed a bit too early and Clay was a terrible CEO - the management team is as important as the product. This had neither.
