The resolution to raise capital will be on every general meeting notes because ZYB does not have the right to raise anything until 27 February 2018.
This raising has not gone very well yet and they won't need to raise anything anymore. But sentiment is so low that everyone will jump at shadows.
If there is no news within 2 weeks from Ben's visit to South Cali then I think I am out. Gotta stay liquid in this market, always something that's running.
