re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... IMO.....This "proportional" takeover provision in upcoming general meeting strongly signals to me that the Co may have a hint or suspicion that some other Co may have partial takeover ideas in mind and this provision will allow us to pick and choose who buys in and for how much.
The last Proportional takeover provision ceased to have effect on the 10th July 2009....so why bring it up again some 15 months later.
Am I reading Tooooooooo much into this.
