Re: The Proportional Takeover Provisions mentioned in the notice.
It could be as simple as this. From the Constitution:-
21.6 WHEN THIS CLAUSES CEASES:-
Clause 21 ceases on the Third Anniversey of the adoption or last renewal of the clause

BCI may just need to renew this section of the Constitution since it's about to expire. Hearing the word takeover in a notice sounds exciting but I doubt management would be quite that obvious.
Who knows. IMO
