re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... The SP retrace today may be just due to overall market jitters, but this extract from todays notice may partly explain if some ppl are nervours about dilution ?

"Resolution 7 will enable the Company to raise additional funds throughout the 3 month period following the Annual General Meeting through the issue of up to 10,000,000 Shares without the need to seek Shareholder approval.
As at the date of this Notice, the Company has no proposal or requirement to issue any of the 10,000,000 Shares"

If they place 10 million shares at higher levels, more like 60c that the director was espousing some months back, that would be minor dilution for the dollars it would bring..
