This agm will pass with votes for dominating. This is not the issue.

The two issues that will need to be asked, and answered will be -

* what do Sage & co have in mind for the future of the company?
* what will be the impact of the restructuring of share capital that will inevitably occur?

Sage has many companies for which he might be able to utilise the mrx shell to his (and our??) advantage. Remember that QMN (a sage co) was the benificiary of most of the assets of mrx.

Should be an interesting ride. At least somewhat more interesting than the one we haven't been on for the last few years.
