Not that im always happy with a placement, but my mind is thinking that AVD is setting itself up for a fairly big acquisition in the not too distant future. At the very least, they are giving themselves the option of conducting a significant placement much like ODN did which was not used.
Good to see that the directors are looking to take a significant stake as well.
Hopefully the quarterly sheds some more light. Either way IMO the next two months could prove interesting.
