This from the annual report, fleshes things out a bit more. Reckon they are getting closer.
"The Company is also currently reviewing energy projects internationally and will make market announcements as and when appropriate. It envisages that any new project acquisition will also see a recapitalisation to raise the necessary funds both for future exploration and development of
any acquisition, and possibly to participate in the Mother Lode 3 drilling programme."
