re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... well whether the directors want to get in cheap or not is not relevant to me, but the size of the placement and the amount they want approval for is what stands out
and makes me think, why would a director want 35,000,000 million shares from a placement?
so brings me to the acquisition question, if the director wants to gain so much interest into the placement, whats the message regarding the acquisition?:)
