I stand corrected, on a single point only :p

So you are right Mr Carson owns a mere 53,000 shares, which in my opinion is still insignificant for someone who was earning well in excess of $200k/annum from DMA.

That 53,000 shares is worth a little over $10k

To put it into another perspective, I would be surprised if there are any HC posters who own less then $10k of DMA stock.

So I am sorry, my point still stands. I want directors who are going to put their own money behind a company and show the shareholders that they are confident in their own ability to run a company.

As an investor, you have to ask why should I invest in the company if the director is not even confident enough to put his own earned money where his mouth is?
