Perhaps you could raise the question of funding and whether we're still looking at a 60/40 debt:equity ratio. According to the May 18 Debt Funding Update...

Potential debt funders were asked to submit expressions of interest and indicative term sheets, and submissions have been received which more than cover the company’s anticipated debt requirements.

Perhaps RES will consider an increase to the debt funding portion so as to not overly dilute shareholders. I know debt funding has its own implications what with interest repayments and all, however I'd much prefer a 70:30 split.
