re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... I just can not understand how can the chairman of the AGM vote undirected proxies in favour of all Items of Business. Does he get the permission from the holders to do that? Holders may forget to lodge their votes via the proxies or may not want to vote for some reasons.
I think those proxies should not be included in the total votes.
Just my thoughts.
