re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... oilburner, ecsc & muzz,

When a shareholder logged onto the share registry and appoint a proxy, the proxy becomes the shareholder's appointed agent to act/vote on his behalf. Thus if the shareholder do not direct his proxy how to vote, then it is up to the proxy (these are the undirected proxies).

IF there is anyone of you out there who is a member of the ASA (Australian Shareholders Association) please ask ASA if they are willing to be BTA share holders proxies and if the answer is YES, post the details on HC so that we can all logged onto the registry and direct ASA to vote as our proxies.

OR Jessie, are you prepare to be the proxies? IF the answer is YES, then open a Hotmail account and we can contact you for the details to appoint you as a "Directed proxy".

In theory, it is ok to appoint and direct the Chairman Jim Fox to vote the way we want him to vote. BUT what is to prevent Biota from "miscounting" the directed proxies or "making the mistake" to count directed proxies as undirected proxies?
