re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Just happen to notice that the appointment of the three Stone Resources representatives to the AAM Board contradicts the agreement reached for such appointments in the Capital Raising Agreement (CRA).
The CRA states "Pursuant to the Agreement, following completion of the Private Placement, Stone will be entitled to appoint two directors to the board of A1. Upon conversion of all or part of the Convertible Note into A1 Shares, Stone’s board representation in A1 shall be increased commensurate with its shareholding in A1, and Stone shall accordingly be entitled to appoint majority of the directors to the board of A1 upon full conversion of the Convertible Note into A1 Shares".
Must have missed the ASX and TSV announcements regarding successful "completion" of the private placement, provision of the funds under the convertible note and appointment of new directors?
