New directors were appointed under Claues 11.4.1 of the Company's constitution and not elected.

Perhaps the question should also be posed as to how many Board meetings these new directors have attended?

See there is no change to the way that A1 communicates with its shareholders.

Bet they will have no trouble getting the share purchase plan announcement out in record time so all the true believers can contribute at 2.5 cents per share - oops, forgot you can currently purchase them cheaper on market.
