Ok, so at the moment, the placement and the SPP are at a premium to the current SP. This is exactly why I bought in- in the event that the SP rises to or above the SPP price, because I believe there is a % gain there if it does so- this is one of the "opportunities" on the ASX right now, and hey, if the SP does not rise to those levels, it will be a punt gone wrong- no better or no worse than any of the other punts that don't eventuate.
Not sure about your "true believers" comment, as most would have lost money on AAM, given 1.7c has been its lowest price ever in the history of the company, so there would be more cynicism than belief, but if you like the term, use it.
Anyway, all comments welcome (and I actually welcome bears, because rampers drive me mad). This is an emerging company, coming out of the ashes. Cashed up and with new management, I'm happy to take this risk.
