Blueboy, you are correct management have no interest in communication with the minority shareholders.I particularly like the note in the annual report regarding Remuneration,basically we can vote against it but they smuggly confirm it does not mean a toss.The watchdogs have no interest in the company as it is to small a fish for them to dedicate any time to, yes they may make a query but accept responses at face value.You can understand why management no longer accept share options as incentive payments given
"No share options have been exercised under the Director/Employees share option plan during the fi nancial year. 6,562,500 options have expired during the year. At the end of the financial year there are no outstanding Director or Executive options."

It is my view this indicates that management do not believe they can increase the share price / shareholder value in the short to medium term.It is much easier to give themselves cash bonuses and keep diluting shareholdings through bigger placements at reduced prices.These placements / bonuses will continue to get passed when the Top 20 hold 42% of the shares on issue.
