    I guess that this is one of the instances that should have us all join the Australian Shareholders Association (me included) to see if we can start them on the path of control of 'executive' salaries that in some instances are getting way out of control.

    Even thought the top 20 have 42% of the shares the rest of us need to ensure that we vote appropriately with our proxies.

    I certainly will be!
