Kosenar,Absolutely agree with you.Individually we small shareholders have no power at all,barring our own votes.The institutions outvote us every time,if they want to.In fact they are using small shareholders' capital in a sense too but without asking them how they would like their holdings voted[via their super holdings and holdings in managed funds].Clearly small shareholders have a voice with the ASA and should join up to make that voice even stronger.
