If the 250mill placement shares are approved we are actually approving the additional 15% ( 203,250,000 shares) which does not require shareholder vote so they are basically able to dilute holdings by 45%. Big no vote from me.What will it be used for? To keep management / board and a number of workers employed for another few years.Quite evident there will be no $120mill by the next AGM.
