I wholeheartedly support your letter. The incentive should be based on say achieving a 300% increase of share price though. Otherwise her main salary should drop fro 420K to 100K with the share options.
Still we want to retain good people to build up the company and not ruin the share price by too much negative talk (sorry I have been a bit negative of late due to my impatience with FAR after many years of holding).
Great East African Assets though from Flow and Senegal leases are secured.
